Spacer Grade Glass Microspheres are currently offered in soda lime glass formulation in particle size ranges between 18 and 219micron. Custom particle sizes and other types of glass are available by request. Please contact us if you have unique requirements.

Spacer grade beads have high sphericity and a very tight particle size distribution. They come as a dry powder screened to the specification of >95% of particles in size range. This is very high-quality high-value product - just a small amount of spacer grade microspheres creates a controlled gap, as well as defines and maintain specified bond line thickness.

Precision polished spheres are larger solid glass beads for most demanding applications.

For smaller sizes of spacer beads we offer monodisperse silica microspheres.
